Delivery and Transportation
We ship to Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal. The delivery forecast for orders is between 3 and 8 business days, being correctly specified on the Website.
Once the payment for your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Sometimes these messages take time to arrive but if after 2 business days you have not received a response, please send us an email at hello@laamina.com . In this case, we recommend that you do not place another order until you have solved it to avoid possible duplicates. In this email, you will receive a tracking link. You should check the spam folder as sometimes these emails end up in that folder by accident.
In order for the delivery of the product to be as comfortable as possible for the customer, we make deliveries to the address specified by the customer. If the recipient is not found at the address for delivery, a notice of attempted delivery will be left and the way to agree on it.
If after 4 to 7 days from the first delivery attempt a satisfactory response has not been obtained for the delivery of the order, it will be returned to origin assuming charges of €15 that will be borne by the client in concept of covering transport costs.
If you want to cancel an order, write us an email to hello@laamina.com as soon as possible. The volume of work is high and our staff work quickly to get all orders on time, so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the shipment before it leaves our warehouse.
Right of Withdrawal
When you buy products on the Website, you have the right of withdrawal within 15 days. You must inform us that you exercise your right of withdrawal before 15 days have elapsed from the receipt of the product.
To return the product you must bear the shipping costs, present a valid document to acknowledge the order, pack the product(s) correctly, in good condition and with the original protection box. You will also be responsible for the status of the product after receiving it and during the return transport.
We will refund the amount of your return once we have verified that the instructions we have given you have been followed correctly and that the product is in good condition. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund the amount that equals the loss of value of the product when its value has been reduced or the handling has caused a loss of value.
For those returns that are carried out due to a factory defect or damage during transport, we will bear the transport costs and we will provide you with a new product at no cost. To do this, it will be necessary for you to send us an email with the necessary information to process the return (see the "Shipping and Returns " section).
The exchange policy works the same as the return policy, but instead of a refund we will provide you with an amount on the Website so that you can make another purchase.
