To make the return, you must send the item(s) to the following address:

If the return is due to the fact that the product/s was defective at the time of delivery, you must send us an email to hello@laamina.com filling in the following information:
- Customer name
- Purchase receipt
- Email address from which the purchase was made
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Reference of the item(s) to be returned
- Photographs and/or videos of the damaged product and its packaging
Refunds:
Once we have received your return, we inspect and analyze it and then we proceed to send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund with the pertinent reasons for said resolution.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum period of 15 days.
Items purchased at regular price will be refunded in full, unfortunately sale products cannot be fully refunded, in this case, the amount equal to the amount spent will be refunded.
