Purchase information

I have not received order confirmation

If you place an order with us and do not receive confirmation of it, it may be because you have entered an invalid email address. Write us an email to hello@laamina.com so we can review your order and correct any errors that may have occurred.

How do I track the purchase?

We collaborate with different logistics providers to bring orders to your home. At the time of successful purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. In the case of not receiving that email, check the spam folder because sometimes it ends up there by accident.

Can I cancel my purchase?

If you would like to cancel your order you can do so before it has left our warehouse, so call or email us right away. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to fix it before the order goes out, as our warehouse staff work quickly assembling and packing each order to meet deadlines.

How long does it take for my order?

All shipments (Canary and Balearic Islands) will take between 3 and 5 working days.

Can I change a product?

Changes have the same process as returns, and once your order is received we will provide you with the amount on our website so that you can make another purchase.

How do I make a return?

Has something not gone as you expected? Don't worry, in laamine we will look for the solution. To process a return you must send us an email to hello@laamina.com indicating the details of your order, as well as the reason for the return.
